Garments Management Software
1. Ownership and License (Garments Management Software )
1.1 The software is the exclusive intellectual property of Tajosoft.
1.2 The Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software solely for the brand/company for which it was purchased.
1.3 The Client shall not:
- Sell, resell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the software in any form.
- Share the software with any third party.
- Copy, duplicate, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to activate the software through illegal means.
1.4 Any unauthorized use, including resale, sharing, or usage for other brands, shall constitute a breach of this agreement, and Tajosoft reserves the right to terminate the license immediately without refund.
2. Licensing and Fees
2.1 Setup and Installation Fee: A one-time fee covering initial installation and configuration.
2.2 Yearly Licensing Fee: payable annually, covering:
- Renewal of the software license
- Standard maintenance and support
2.3 New Features / Enhancements: Any additional modules, features, or enhancements requested by the Client shall require a separate quotation and written agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- 30% of the total fee as advanced before starting the project.
- 40% of the total fee upon completion of installation and setup.
- 30% of the total fee upon successful testing, review, and approval by the Client.
All payments shall be made in PKR unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Support and Maintenance
4.1 Support included under the yearly licensing fee covers:
- Minor software issues
- Bug fixes
- Standard maintenance
4.2 Major changes, feature requests, or extended support shall be quoted separately.
5. Data Security and Privacy
5.1 The software shall be installed and stored locally at the Client’s premises.
5.2 All data ownership and access remain solely with the Client; Tajosoft shall not have access to the Client’s operational data.
5.3 Cloud Reports:
- Generated only when the Client manually transfers data to the cloud using the provided feature.
- Cloud hosting charges, if applicable, are separate and not included in this agreement.
5.4 The Client shall regularly create backups using the software’s download feature to ensure data safety.
6. Communication and Enforcement
6.1 The Client shall contact Tajosoft directly for all support requests, licensing issues, or clarifications.
6.2 Any violation of these terms, including unauthorized copying, resale, or sharing of the software, may result in legal action and immediate license termination.

تاجوسوفٹ سافٹ ویئر کے استعمال کی شرائط و ضوابط
- 1. ملکیت اور لائسنس
1 سافٹ ویئر کی مکمل فکری ملکیت (Intellectual Property) تاجوسوفٹ کی ہے۔
1.2 کلائنٹ کو یہ لائسنس دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ سافٹ ویئر کو صرف اس برانڈ/کمپنی کے لیے استعمال کرے جس کے لیے یہ خریدا گیا ہے۔ یہ لائسنس غیر منتقِل (Non-transferable) اور غیر خصوصی (Non-exclusive) ہے۔
1.3 کلائنٹ درج ذیل کام نہیں کرے گا:
- سافٹ ویئر کو فروخت، دوبارہ فروخت، کرایہ پر دینا، سب لائسنس دینا، یا کسی بھی شکل میں تقسیم کرنا۔
- سافٹ ویئر کو کسی تیسرے فریق کے ساتھ شیئر کرنا۔
- سافٹ ویئر کی نقل کرنا، ڈپلیکیشن کرنا، ترمیم کرنا، ریورس انجینئر کرنا، یا غیر قانونی طریقوں سے فعال کرنے کی کوشش کرنا۔
1.4 کسی بھی غیر مجاز استعمال، جیسے دوبارہ فروخت، شیئرنگ، یا دیگر برانڈز کے لیے استعمال، اس معاہدے کی خلاف ورزی ہوگی، اور تاجوسوفٹ کو حق حاصل ہے کہ وہ فوری طور پر لائسنس منسوخ کر دے بغیر کسی رقم کی واپسی کے۔
- لائسنس اور فیس
2.1 انسٹالیشن اور سیٹ اپ کی فیس: ایک مرتبہ ادا کی جانے والی فیس جو ابتدائی انسٹالیشن اور کنفیگریشن کو کور کرے۔
2.2 سالانہ لائسنس فیس: ہر سال قابل ادائیگی، جو درج ذیل چیزیں شامل کرے:
- سافٹ ویئر لائسنس کی تجدید
- اسٹینڈرڈ مینٹیننس اور سپورٹ
2.3 نئی خصوصیات / اضافہ جات: کلائنٹ کی جانب سے درخواست کی گئی کوئی بھی اضافی ماڈیولز، فیچرز یا اپ گریڈز کے لیے الگ قیمت اور تحریری معاہدہ درکار ہوگا۔
- 3. ادائیگی کی شرائط
- پروجیکٹ شروع کرنے سے قبل کل فیس کا 30% بطور ایڈوانس۔
- انسٹالیشن اور سیٹ اپ مکمل ہونے پر کل فیس کا 40%۔
- کلائنٹ کی جانب سے کامیاب جانچ، جائزہ اور منظوری کے بعد باقی 30%۔
- تمام ادائیگیاں پاکستانی روپوں (PKR) میں ہونگی، جب تک تحریری طور پر کچھ اور طے نہ ہو۔
- 4. سپورٹ اور مینٹیننس
1 سالانہ لائسنس فیس کے تحت سپورٹ میں شامل ہیں:
- چھوٹے سافٹ ویئر مسائل
- بگز فکس
- اسٹینڈرڈ مینٹیننس
4.2 بڑے تبدیلیاں، فیچر ریکویسٹ یا اضافی سپورٹ کے لیے الگ کوٹیشن دی جائے گی۔
- ڈیٹا سیکیورٹی اور پرائیویسی
5.1 سافٹ ویئر کلائنٹ کے مقامی دفتر (Local) پر انسٹال اور اسٹور ہوگا۔
5.2 تمام ڈیٹا کی ملکیت اور رسائی صرف کلائنٹ کے پاس ہوگی؛ تاجوسوفٹ کو کلائنٹ کے آپریشنل ڈیٹا تک رسائی نہیں ہوگی۔
5.3 کلاؤڈ رپورٹس: صرف اس وقت جنریٹ ہوں گی جب کلائنٹ دستی طور پر ڈیٹا کلاؤڈ میں منتقل کرے۔
- کلاؤڈ ہوسٹنگ کی فیس، اگر لاگو ہو، اس معاہدے میں شامل نہیں۔
5.4 ڈیٹا کی حفاظت کے لیے کلائنٹ باقاعدگی سے سافٹ ویئر کے ڈاؤن لوڈ فیچر سے بیک اپ بنائے گا۔
- مواصلات اور نفاذ
6.1 کلائنٹ تمام سپورٹ ریکویسٹ، لائسنسنگ کے مسائل یا وضاحت کے لیے براہِ راست تاجوسوفٹ سے رابطہ کرے گا۔
6.2 ان شرائط کی کوئی بھی خلاف ورزی، جیسے غیر مجاز کاپی، دوبارہ فروخت، یا شیئرنگ، قانونی کارروائی اور فوری لائسنس کی منسوخی کا سبب بن سکتی ہے۔
